There are many industries that, when seeking to develop a project close to an aerodrome, encounter resistance that seems unnecessarily draconian and disproportionate.  Small details seem to acquire an undue significance, and enhancement proposals, encouraged and accepted by others elsewhere, may be greeted as a threat to aviation safety.  The rules and guidelines governing the aerodrome safeguarding process can seem contradictory and almost archaic.

Aerodrome Support can provide an assessment of how the protective volume of airspace that surrounds each aerodrome will affect a proposed development.  We can verify or refute claims made under the guise of "Aviation Safety", and where appropriate, can suggest changes that might be made to a design to minimise the risk of the aerodrome objecting to a Planning Application.
